I grew up in the sunny wonderland of Southern California, where the beaches sparkle, the sun always shines, and Disneyland is just around the corner. Raised in a lively family of eight, with five sisters and two brothers, I was never short of built-in friends and playmates. My childhood was filled with laughter, adventure, and a touch of Disney magic.

As I ventured into adulthood, I found myself drawn to a career dedicated to helping others unlock their fullest potential. My journey began at Wells Fargo, where I led with passion and purpose for over 10 years. With over 25 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, and Customer Experience operations, I’ve had the privilege of climbing the leadership ladder, becoming a VP, SVP, COO, and Global Head of Customer Success at Pinterest and Glassdoor.

I’m a proud mom to two amazing humans: my daughter Hayley and my wonderful son Tyler. I’ve been married for over 21 years to a military veteran who shares my love for all things Disney. We are Disney Vacation Club members, Platinum Disney Castaway Club members, and Disney World Annual Pass holders and have embarked on over 13 Disney cruises. Recently, we built our dream home near the magic of Disney World in the enchanting town of Winter Garden.

As a Founding Member of Chief Miami, I delight in mentoring other leaders to unlock their fullest potential. Our family loves vacationing in Hawaii, where we often stay at Disney Aulani’s Resort and Spa, soaking up the sun and the aloha spirit. We also cherish our Disney Adventures and cruising escapades. But with Disney World literally in our backyard, when I’m not leading my team, you can find me at the Magic Kingdom, enjoying my favorite ride, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, and savoring a Mickey Pretzel or a Cheeseburger Eggroll.

As a self-proclaimed foodie, I enjoy trying new foods, especially at Disney Parks. I often hop over to the Disney Parks and Resorts for a quick bite throughout the week. My entire family are huge Disney fans, and I’m a super passionate leader who often quotes Walt Disney in my leadership meetings.

I consider myself incredibly fortunate to stand in my backyard and watch the fireworks from Magic Kingdom while leading my team on a Zoom call. That’s why “Leading by the Magic” is my favorite thing and place to be. The blend of professional fulfillment and Disney enchantment makes every day a magical adventure.
